This policy explains what information AffiliateGen (the "Service") handles when you use it, and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, a securely hashed password (we never store your password in readable form), access expiry date, plan limits and how many websites you generated each day.
- Content you submit: product names and descriptions, affiliate links, domains, tracking or verification IDs you enter, and any images you upload.
- Technical data: your IP address and standard request logs created by our hosting provider, used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
- to let you log in and to apply your access limits;
- to generate the website you request and give it to you as a download;
- to protect the Service from abuse, fraud and excessive use, and to fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Generated websites and uploaded images
When you generate a website, your uploaded images and the finished files are processed in temporary storage on the server only for that request and are deleted when it finishes. We do not keep a copy of the websites you generate or your uploaded images. If you choose an option that fetches product images through a search provider, the product name you entered is sent to that provider to find them.
4. Service providers
To run the Service we rely on third parties that process data on our behalf:
- AI providers (such as DeepSeek, and OpenAI or Anthropic if enabled): the product name, description, affiliate link and domain you enter are sent to draft the website text. Their own policies apply to that processing.
- Hosting and database providers (such as Render and Neon): host the application and store account information.
- Image search provider (such as SerpAPI), only if that option is used.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
5. Cookies
We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you logged in. It is not used for tracking or advertising. Blocking it will stop you from logging in.
6. Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while your account exists and is deleted when the account is deleted. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your account and the information we hold about you at any time.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to the Service requires a login. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and keep it private.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
